Will the repair actually satisfy a re-inspection
That is what it is aimed at. A fan that turns is not automatically a system that passes, so the repair gets made to the specification the system was built to, and the run gets checked while the unit is open. Nobody can promise you a verdict an inspector makes on the day. What you get is the work done to the standard, and the paperwork to show it.
If there is ever a fire, will my paperwork hold up
What we leave is dated and itemised: photographs of the failed part and its replacement, and a certificate recording what was changed, signed by a licensed California contractor, CA Lic. #1112881. We cannot speak for your insurer. We can make sure the repair is not a gap in your records.
Will the people who show up know what they are doing
Fifteen years, family owned, and commercial exhaust all day. The work is signed off by a licensed California contractor, CA Lic. #1112881, and the crews are the same ones on the Hilton, Taco Bell and UCLA kitchens listed above.
Is the price you quote the price I pay
We do not price a repair before seeing it, which is the reason the number holds once you have it. The unit gets opened, the fault gets diagnosed, and you get the cost before any work starts. If opening it up turns up something that was not in the quote, you hear it at that point and you decide.
My fan went down mid-service. Can anyone come today
Often, where the route allows. Standard hours are Sunday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, closed Saturday, and there is an emergency line outside those hours. Tell us what it is doing when you call and we can usually say on the phone whether it is a today job or a tomorrow job.
